"I felt compelled to place a review for this company. I own a truckmount in Chico, CA so therefore I'm not local or even a state resident of Nevada for that matter. Point being, I never met these guys and they had never heard of me prior to me calling. I called and I spoke to Chris, the CSR [owner] who answered the phone. I explained I was in a bind and told him I was willing to drive to Reno from Yuba City/Chico. Chris offered to help me over the phone and had me run him thru the series of issues I was having. I was literally driving down the highway and pulled over to try something Chris suggested. The truckmount immediately started up and then he worked with me to diagnose and solve my other issues. Hands down without a doubt, Sierra Cleaning Systems just received a life-long customer and I'm willing to drive the machine to Reno rather than Sacramento to deal with another company. Kuddos to SCC for hiring and placing him at the front counter."
